An email confirmation is sent to you when the order is dispatched. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 5 working days of your order, please email email@example.com and we will try to respond to your request right away.
Please note: once your order is placed we are unable to change order or delivery details.
We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy times, deliveries may take a little longer. If you have not received your order in 7 days please contact firstname.lastname@example.org .
Our normal order processing days are Monday through to Friday. Please see Order Processing Holidays below for exceptions.
No orders are processed on Saturday, Sunday, or bank holidays or during company closures (listed below).
We cannot be responsible for carrier delays or lost, stolen or misdirected shipments by the carrier.
Orders can be submitted via our website, but will not be processed, delivered or counted as in-transit on UK Bank Holidays.
All items are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase. To request a return please complete the form below and a member of our team will respond within 24 hours with instructions on how to send your item back to us. Non-defective items must be returned in an "as new" condition or may be returned to you. In the unlikely event that your item becomes defective with the stated warranty period we will offer a replacement or a refund subject to your item being returned to us and the defect being validated.
Any refunds will be processed back to the original payment method with 48 hours of notification. We are unable to refund to any account or card other than used in the original transaction.

Your purchase is covered by a limited warranty. If you return a product that is faulty, we will offer you a full refund or replacement upon confirmation of the fault.
