Venom's latest recruit

Venom has further continued strengthening its team with the appointment of Lee Pateman in the role of Export Sales Manager to help develop the mobile phone accessory business within the European marketplace. In this new role Lee will be responsible for working with current and new channel partners to identify and provide solutions for potential sales avenues into Europe and beyond. In Lee’s previous employment as Sales Director he developed and managed sales teams throughout Europe, USA and the Far East and Lee brings a wealth of International business experience with him to Venom.
“I am delighted to join the Venom team, some of whom I have worked with before” Lee said. “Venom has a fantastic reputation in the UK for supplying first class accessories and I am keen to take these products into Europe initially and then further into the Middle and Far East as well as the USA.”
Lee has an exciting year ahead not only starting a new career with Venom but also getting married to his fiancé Jade in the summer.
Simon Dawson, Venom’s Commercial Director, who worked with Lee at his previous company, said “Lee is a conscientious and talented individual who understands the demands and hurdles involved with international business.
